Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 30, 2026.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information is collected on promptylab.com (“Prompty Lab”, “we”, “us”), how it is used and shared, and the choices and rights you have. By using the website, you acknowledge this policy.

Who we are

Prompty Lab is published by Vincent Layerle EI (trade name Little Numerics), 7bis rue d’Alsace, 64200 Biarritz, France. Questions about this policy: [email protected].

Information we collect

  • Information you give us: your name, email address and message when you use the contact form; your email address when you subscribe to the newsletter.
  • Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page and similar usage data, collected through server logs, cookies and similar technologies.
  • Advertising data: Google AdSense and its partners may collect cookie identifiers and device information to serve, measure and (if permitted) personalize ads.

How we use information

  • To answer your messages and requests.
  • To send the newsletter you signed up for (you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email).
  • To understand how the website is used and improve it (Google Analytics).
  • To display advertising that funds the website (Google AdSense).
  • To keep the website secure and prevent spam and abuse.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies. Google Analytics helps us measure audience and usage; it runs in consent mode and does not store analytics cookies until you allow it where consent is required. Google AdSense uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites; Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on those visits. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info. Learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Details are in our Cookie Policy, and you can change your choices at any time on the Cookie Settings page.

Newsletter (Brevo)

Newsletter subscriptions are managed through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which stores your email address and may record whether emails are opened or links clicked. We use a double opt-in: your subscription is confirmed only after you click the link in the confirmation email. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information in exchange for money. We share information only with service providers that help us run the website: IONOS (hosting), Brevo (newsletter) and Google (analytics and advertising). Because Google’s advertising cookies may be considered “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under some U.S. state privacy laws, you can opt out as described above or by using a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where supported. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Data retention

Contact messages are kept for up to 3 years after our last exchange. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live — including California (CCPA/CPRA) and other U.S. states with privacy laws, or the European Economic Area (GDPR) — you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to access, correct or delete it, to opt out of targeted advertising, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, email [email protected]. We will verify and respond within the time required by applicable law.

International transfers

Prompty Lab is operated from France and hosted in the European Union. By using the website, your information may be processed in France, the EU and the United States (for Google services), with appropriate safeguards where required.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last changed.
